There is nothing sort of an "easy entrance exam". If you prepare well, then everything is just a piece of cake. If not thorough with your basics, then you might face difficulty. So, just put in your hard work and efforts and come out with flying colors.

Not every college necessarily has an entrance exam. In some of the colleges, you can get admission on the basis of your HSC score or some colleges even have their own entrance exam which you have to give to get admission. Symbiosis has its own SET entrance exam. So, it depends on from where you want to pursue your BBA.

As a alumni of Lovely Professional University, I know that there is not entrance exam for BBA programme for Eligibilty purpose, all you have pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with english. But for availing maximum scholarship benefit you can apply for LPU NEST. For more information related to fee, scholarship you caan visit LPU website.

Each and every good college has their own entrance exam for degree admission, so you should get information about the same from the admission department of the college you want to apply in.

I don't know about the admission procedure of other colleges and universities. Being an alumni of Lovely Professional University, I know that there is no entrance exam for BBA programme for eligibility purpose, all you need is to pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English.
