Actually, I am expecting 100 marks in JEE 2017 so any chances of getting textile in NIT, Jalandhar?

No, as per the government rule there is a fixed quota for every category, like for general- 51%, OBC-27%, SC-15% & ST-7%. Moreover, NIT's gives 50% quota to their state students also. If you are economically weak my friend, work hard, get admission in any government institution you will get a scholarship for sure. All the best!!
