Yeah, many banks are proving education loan facility for students. You may apply in those banks and may get benefit for it. Some are:
PNB Education Loan Scheme
Student Education Loans- HDFC Bank
Educational Loan Scheme - Bank of Maharashtra
SBI and its associates banks

Hi,
To get loan you may contact the college officials as almost every college has a tie-up with banks for study loans. Also, now-a-days every bank offers study loan so you may contact them directly for detailed help regarding loan.
