Is there any engineering college that gives admission to students without any entrance exam outside Kerala?
I've scored 75% in PCM and I disqualified in KEAM Kerala Entrance.

Nope. No good colleges do that. Even if there are colleges they might not be approved by AICTE or NAAC. This is a huge risk and mistake and it will turn out to be waste of 4 years after the completion of your course. Your course will be invalid.
