There is no entrance exam, but the stringent eligibility criteria of personal interview.
The parameters are: Communication skills, passion and aptitude plus the career aspirations of candidate.

The eligibility criteria of B.A. in International Culinary Arts of ITM Institute of Hotel Management ,Navi Mumbai is given below.
Eligibility: Minimum of 50% in aggregate in 10+2, proficiency in English language & aptitude for hospitality/ service industry.
Selection Process : Aptitude for the Hospitality / Service industry as demonstrated through a personal interview. Written and spoken fluency in English.
So from above there is no entrance exam for the asked course. however candidates will be tested for Written and spoken fluency in English.
