Is there any entrance exam for BBA+ MBA integrated course?

Various colleges have different eligibility criteria. 12th marks is the first criteria followed by their own entrance exam and then GD/PI.

You can apply for IPMAT. It's for the course IPM (Integrated Programme in Management) offered by IIM-Indore.
