Hi,
This depends and varies from university to university. Some universities do conduct exams while others don't. So, it depends on the college you choose.

Some universities do take entrance exams like Jamia Millia Islamia and IPU but some may directly offer admission based on your marks which is mostly in case of private universities and colleges.
