is there any entrance exam for MA communication..? have completed my BA with required criteria..

Yes, in all good universities and colleges, entrance is a practice. Write Jamia entrance at Delhi, AIMAT 2013 for Nitte University, Mangalore, or SNAP for SIMC, Pune also. If you are lucky you may get admission in these universities also.
