For MBBS, St. John's Medical College accepts NEET-UG, and for BSc Nursing, KCET. However, applicants must pass the college's admission exam in order to be considered for specific degrees, such as BPT and MSc. Exam subjects ought to be chosen with the intended course in mind. The relevant admission brochure has more information on the subject. Those who make the short list are contacted for a seat counselling interview.

St John’s Medical College accept NEET-UG for MBBS and KCET for BSc Nursing. However, for some of the courses, like BPT, MSc, candidates have to take the entrance exam conducted by the college. The subjects for the exam should be selected based on the desired course. More details regarding the same can be checked in the respective admission brochure. Candidates who get shortlisted are called for interview cum seat counselling.
