Yes, there are certain institutes which conduct entrance exams for them. Few are:
1. Christ University, Bangalore-Christ University Entrance Test
2. Institute of Management Studies, Noida-JET
3. Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce, Mumbai-NPAT BBA
4. Maharaja Surajmal Institute-GGSIPU CET BBA
