Is there any entrance exam to pursue CA through correspondence? Can you provide the details of CA course with its fee structure?

Hi Sunita, First of all, CA cannot be pursued through correspondence. CA has 3 stages: FOUNDATION IPCC FINAL Register with Board of Studies (BoS) after appearing in Class XII till June 30/Dec 31. Be eligible to appear for Foundation examination after passing Class XII examination. The first Foundation examination can be taken in November/May, as applicable, following passing of Class XII examination. There are 4 papers in CA Foundation course. Paper 2 and 4 will be Objective type papers. I: Principles and Practices of Accounting 2:Part I: Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning 3: Part I: Mercantile LawPart II: General English 4: Part I: Business EconomicsPart II: Business and Commercial Knowledge In case of IPCC, Register with the BoS for the Intermediate Course. Complete 8 months of study. Appear and Pass in either or both Groups of Intermediate Course. We have 8 papers in IPCC. Group I I: Accounting 2: Part I: Corporate Laws Part II: Other Laws 3: Cost Accounting 4: Part I: Direct Tax LawsPart II: Indirect Tax Laws Group II 5: Advanced Accounting 6: Auditing and Assurance 7: Part I: Financial Management Part II: Business Economic Environment 8: Part I: Information TechnologyPart II: Strategic Management Complete 4 Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS) before commencement of the practical training. Register for 3 years Practical Training on passing either or both the Groups of Intermediate. Register for the Final Course after qualifying both the Groups of Intermediate Course. Successfully complete 4 Weeks Advanced ICITSS during the last 2 years of Practical Training. Complete Practical Training. Appear in Final examination after completion of practical training and Advanced ICITSS. Become Member. CA is a self-study course. ICAI is a prestigious course for CA in India. CA course has three stages: 1. CA CPT. 2. CA IPCC and 3. CA final.
