Is there any entrance exam to pursue MS abroad? What is the eligibility criteria for the same?

Yes. You have to appear for GRE exam to get into MS course of any foreign university. The eligibility criteria is same as required for M.Tech but there is much more in the selection part. You need to be working on numerous projects, active academic person, 3-5 refrences mainly of professionals or professors and much more which you can easily google the details. All the best.
