For B.Com (Hons) at Panjab University, there is no entrance test. Admission is based on your Class 12 marks. You need at least 50% marks in Class 12 to apply.

The application usually starts in June, and the merit list is released in July. You just have to apply on time and wait for the merit list.

No, Admission to the B.Com programme at Panjab University is primarily merit-based, relying on Class 12 scores. Candidates are generally not required to appear for an entrance exam for direct admission to the B.Com (Hons) programme offered at Panjab University. But 50% of mark basic requirement for the admission and it is open from July 10 to 22 year 2025 check the pajanb university official website for further updations.

From my experience, CU's MBA in Business Analytics provides excellent placement opportunities. The program's tie-up with IBM ensures that students are trained on real-world analytics tools like Cognos, Hadoop, Apache Spark, and more. We also worked on live projects mentored by IBM experts, which gave practical exposure that recruiters really value.

The placement support is impressive. Companies actively hire CU students for roles like Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Manager, and Analytics Consultant. Visits to IBM headquarters and workshops led by industry professionals give students confidence and insight into corporate workflows.
