Is there any entrance test required for M.Sc. in agriculture at LPU?

Dear Student, The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Agriculture in Agronomy is:- Pass with 90% aggregate marks in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons. ). (4 years) or equivalent or Pass with 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons. ). (4 years) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. From the above it is clear that if you have less than 90 percent marks in B.Sc. Then you have to qualify the LPU NEST Exam to become eligible for admission into this programme.

From the above it is clear that if you have less than 90 percent marks in B.Sc. Then you have to qualify the LPU NEST Exam to become eligible for admission into this programme.

Basically for M.Sc. Agriculture admission there is ICAR entrance exam. This entrance exam is held by ICAR (Indian Council for Agriculture Research). LPU NEST this entrance is held every year.

Yes, LPUNEST is the National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes at Lovely Professional University. This test forms the basis of eligibility and scholarship for most of the programmes and for some of the programme test is applicable only for scholarships. Also, Pass with 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) (Hons. ). (4 years) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. Admission Criteria.
