Is there any exam for getting admission in M.E without appearing for GATE?

yes it is possible. It is possible on the grounds tht there are not enough gate qualified candidates for the same, then to fill up the seats it is thrown open to self sponsored candidates w/o gate and without any fellowship paid......so keep in touch with colleges and find out if there are any vacan
