Is there any eye sight criteria required to get admission in NITs? I have a power of -9 in both my eyes.

  • Hello Suraj,
I think your eyesight is not going to be an issue as NITs don't have separate eligibility criteria for that. You need to have a good score in JEE Mains with 75% in boards.
However, you need to have a good eyesight if you opt for courses like mining, petroleum, geology, machinery, etc.
