Is there any facility for direct second-year admission in B.Tech mechatronics for Diploma students in Mumbai University?

Yes, Mumbai University indeed allows admission for Diploma holders directly into 2nd year of engineering. This is called as lateral mode of admission. The whole process is controlled by Directorate of technical education of the state of Maharashtra and the process is centralized and very transparent
