is there any facility to those working person who can take the admission in regular M.Tech. but only in weekend can join the classes.??

No,Full Time working candidates are never allowed to pursue a Regular M.Tech from any University.
But, there's a chance that if you consult your particular subject HOD,that you are currently employed and ask as such for this excuse and manage to get an Exemption/Relaxation certificate for the same.
