If an admitted student wishes to cancel his admission, he/she can do so by submitting a request to the Registrar, SVIMS endorsed by the parent with valid reason forwarded by the respective head of the department. The cancellation will be permitted and fees paid will be refunded by following due procedure. The University will deduct 10% of fee paid and refund the 90%. This deduction will be applicable till the last round of counselling. After last round of counselling is over, the discontinuation rules will apply.
