Is there any fee refund polcy for Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) at Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh?

<p>If a candidate cancels his/her admission by submitting a written request for withdrawal, the following refund rules will apply: 1. The registration fee is non-refundable. 2. The admission fee is non-refundable. 3. If a student after being granted admission pays the seat acceptance fee but does not register with the institute on the prescribed date, withdraws his admission and applies for refund, the entire fee paid by him/her shall be refunded except for the non-refundable registration fee and admission fee paid at the time of counselling. 4. If a student after being granted admission pays the seat acceptance fee and registers with the institute on the prescribed date but withdraws his admission later and applies for refund before the date of final counselling for admission for the particular year, his/her admission fee and registration fee paid at the time of counselling will be forfeited. The other fees paid by him/her will be refunded. 5. A student who withdraws his/her seat after the final round of counselling for admissions for that year has taken place, he/she will not be entitled to refund of any fee paid by him/her except for the refundable deposits.</p>
