Is there any fee waiver for SC/STcandidates in PEC-Chandigarh? Is it also applicable if a student is from another state?

The SC and ST candidates are exempted from paying tuition fees in NITs. So, they have to pay the mess or other charges. While in PEC 50% tuition fee waiver is provided to SC/ST students.

Hi Gajendra, no there is no scheme like this. Although you can get post matric scholarship in SC/ST category if you apply for the same through National Scholarship Portal(NSP).
