7 years agoHello Vaisak, entry to engineering colleges is through KEAM. This is not connected with fees. Fees are normally charged by different colleges differently. This is based on very many factors including facilities offered by the college. All states are supposed to have a committee to decide fees that can be charged by private colleges.
