is there any Free Ph.D Course in Information Technologies

i have completed my MCA and i have 2 years of exp in IT as Dot net Developer can i study Ph.D with out cost in any UK or German Countries

You can get Phd in UK with 100 % scholarship and stipend. You need to do IELTS with minimum 7 band. Apply and get admission and then apply for funding. In Germany though they give free education you might have to spend around 8 Lakhs. UK you can earn good money.
