Hello Swetha,
UT Tyler doesn't offer a full scholarship or full financial aid. But all the new students are eligible to apply for the NEW GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP. If students are awarded the Fellowship in the Fall 2014, the students get a scholarship of 1000$ and eligible to pay instate tuition fee for
