is there any german universities seeks for german language in curriculum vitae or simply gre/ilets mark and B.E marks is enough for choosing the candidate?

Skills in German language are not necessary to study in Germany. The assessment as you rightly know is based on UG scores and GRE to some extent. Some knowledge of German will be beneficial if you would like to interact with your fellow German classmates and find part time jobs.

German is not complussory for Higher programs at MS level. It is only required for local comfortability.
