Most government colleges in Delhi require an entrance exam for admission, but there are a few colleges that offer admission based on merit and do not require an entrance exam. Some examples of such colleges are:
    1. Daulat Ram College
    2. Gargi College
    3. PGDAV College
    4. Acharya Narendra Dev College
    5. ATMA Ram Sanatan Dharma College
    6. Shivaji College
