Chetan, good govt.colleges take admission on basis of CAT/ MAT/ XAT etc. No good govt.college will give admission without that. You can try for admission in private universities as they offer admissions on different criteria like 1. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT 2. Their own test 3. GDPI 4. Direct admi
