Yes, there are opportunities. I suggest you start reading the weekly Rojgar samachar (Employment news paper), which advertises the vacancies in the Govt sector. Once you start reading it regularly you will gain good knowledge of the requiements of candidates of your branch.

Yes after Btech you can get job in MNCS , in which field you did your Btech

There are always a chance of govt job in central as well as state govt after B.Tech.
but plz clarify the branch of B.Tech.
No of vacancies vary branch wise.
Yours B.Tech should approved from concerns bodies.
