For the MH CET Law 5-year program, the grouping criteria include:

    1. Reservation Policy:

      • 85% seats for Maharashtra State (MS) candidates.
      • 10% seats for All India candidates.
      • 5% seats for NRI, OCI, PIO, and foreign candidates.
      • Further reservations within MS quota for PwD (5%), EWS (10%), Orphan (1%), and 30% for females.
    2. Eligibility:

      • General/Open Category: Minimum 45% in 10+2.
      • Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC): Minimum 40% in 10+2.

These reservations ensure equitable opportunities for students from different categories.
