Is there any help from the Indian government for students who wants to study abroad?

Hi, There are scholarships by MHRD but they only entertain those scholarships offered by the foreign countries under cultural exchange programmes and other programmes. These scholarships are based on merit and you must be a good student overall. Also, most scholarships are for PG level studies. Yo
