Is there any hope for me to get a B.Sc (Hons) in agriculture?

I am from Uttarakhand and belong to OBC category. I got 273 rank.

    I apologize, but I was unable to locate any precise information regarding the OBC category candidates' cutoff score for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in agriculture in Uttarakhand. However, Uttarakhand is home to a number of top B.Sc. (Agriculture) colleges, including the Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Dolphin PG Institute of BioMedical & Natural Sciences, Doon Post Graduate College of Agriculture Science and Technology, College of Technology, GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, and others.
