No, there isn't any IIT or NIT directly in Chandigarh, but IIT Ropar which is in Punjab and NIT Jalandhar in Punjab are nearby options, while Chandigarh hosts Punjab Engineering College (PEC), a well-regarded affiliated college accepting JEE Mains scores.
