Yes, there are institutes in India that offer 1 year MBA programs. Generally prior work experience may be required to opt for such a course.

It can Be only through Distance learning from Nmims Mumbai. All full-time courses are 2yrs and Part time courses are 3yrs. You can go for Executive Mba which is of 1year provided you have 5+ yrs of experience.

Yes, there are many top colleges which offer 1 year executive MBA program but most of the top colleges requires minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience. Top colleges for executive MBA are Great Lakes and ISB-Hyderabad.
