Hi,
B.COM is a graduate degree course while CS is a self study program.
Generally students opt for B.COM through correspondence along with CS coaching through regular classes.

there is only a single institute which provides CS degree and its name is ICSI. websitefor further information is www.icsi.edu It does not provide graduation course. There are many institutes which provide coaching for CS but cannot provide degree as such. However they may provide B.com degree
