Is there any institution offering emergency medicine certificate for BAMS doctor?
I want to do course in emergency medicine.

In India, all courses in emergency medicine require MBBS as minimum qualification. So, you won't find emergency medicine course for BAMS doctors.

No B.A. MS students are also eligible for Diploma in emergency medicine.
