Is there any law course for Real estate laws in Mumbai? I am currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy course.

I intend to gain expert legal knowledge in real estate sector of Maharashtra. Please suggest any course, whether full time or distance learning programme, suitable to my needs. If no such course is available, than can you suggest me any relevant books with authors name on the subject? Thanks.
