No, there is no college which can provide you Law courses through distance mode because you can only do this through regular classes. Further if you are willing to pursue LL.B. Three year course from regular mode and from India's best institute than I would like to recommend you Chandigarh universit

Because Bar Council of India Which regulates lawyers profession does not recognize any distance education degree for LL.B. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. In simple words, you cannot become a lawyer doing LL.B. through distance
