Yes, you can do but LLM through distance mode is not the genuine option as BCI does n't recognize any distance degree for LL.M. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. Go for regular education. These are the best Law schools are:
National Law University, Jodhpur, ILS LAW COLLEGE - PUNE, National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Gujarat National Law University, School of Law- LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY - JALANDHAR, THE WEST BENGAL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF JURIDICAL SCIENCES -KOLKATA, THE NATIONAL LAW INSTITUTE UNIVERSITY - BHOPAL, FACULTY OF LAW, BANARAS HINDU

Yes, Directorate of Distance Education offers Master of Law (LL.M.) through distance learning. It is a PG degree for 2 years. But it is recommendable to pursue the same from regular college to have in-depth knowledge of the subject.
