Is there any marks or they just see whether you are capable or not during interview and GD&PI?

Hi Sanket, every round has marks and they will consider the cumulative of all the rounds. Marks in sense they will analyze your capabilities. All the answers you give need not to be right it should reflect your vision properly.

Welll personal interview and group decussion is based how much you aware of global business scenerio and how much subject knowledge you possess. main criteria is to look how well you are in all areas i.e communication skill, subject knowledge and global business trend
