Unfortunately, entrance exam is a must for getting into a good MBA institute, so it would be better if you prepare for an appropriate open test and try and score high in the open test to get into a good MBA institute.

You can apply for December course in MBA. Several universities in India give admission in even semester. IGNOU provides admission in MBA and its form will be out soon.
