Is there any MBA program with only theoretical subjects like business, economics and less numerical subjects like accounts, finance, etc.?

No, MBA stands for Masters in Business administration which itself includes at least little numerical. In MBA HR, you might find little finance or accounts, however, little numerical will be there. For the first year of MBA, you will have to study the basic finance.
