Hi,
As per your query would say, there is no requirement of any additional course to sit for placements. Just that you prepare yourself on parameters like confidence, communication skills, interview aptitude, personality development and also work on academics as even they hold importance.

if you can get any campus interview then you have to clear your basic course , clear your oops concept and prepare for aptitude and puzzles , and for offcampus you have to prepare for any language like PHP dot net or Java
