    OTET Exam consists of two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Questions are set to assess the candidate's ability to analyze, interpret and apply the subject matter. There is no negative marking. Qualifying marks of OTET Examination The minimum pass mark in each paper is 60%. There are 2 papers in the OTET Exam. OTET Paper 1 Syllabus includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-1, Language-2, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies whereas OTET Paper 2 Syllabus includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-1, Language-2, Mathematics, and Social Studies.

    No, there is no negative marking on the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) examination. In the OTET exam, each paper comprises a total of 150 questions of 1 mark each. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 are of 150 marks each. Candidates are awarded 1 mark for each correct answer and 0 marks for each incorrect answer. There is no penalty of negative marking in the OTET exam.

Yes, the answer key of OTET 2024 has been released on the official website of the board of secondary education Odisha at bseodisha.ac.in. Candidates can download the answer key by following these steps: open the official website of BSE Odisha at bseodisha.ac.in then click on the option OTET answer key present on the home page. After that, candidates will be able to view subject vise answer keys and from that, they can check their answers as well as download the answer key. The results of OTET exam will be released soon by the board of secondary education, Odisha on its official website –bseodisha.ac.in. in order to check the results, candidates will have to login with their OTET roll number and mobile number on the website.
