is there any no.of attempts and age limit in upsc examinations? if so tell me in detail(i am BC cast)?

(a) A candidate for this examination must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on the 1st August, 2009
The upper age-limit prescribed above will be further relaxable
Upto a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classe
