Dear Amee, SPM follows no such bifercations. everyone has an equal opportunity to be selected. 67%ile is a reasonable good score. You can apply and a cumulative score of your cat, gd a pi will be considered. be positive :) all the best:)

No there is no OBC seat. you will have to apply in the general category.
