Is there any online procedure to apply for PGDM? My Mat composite score is 653 which is 85 percentile in Feb-2014.

Yes there is one. You have to take a printout of the form fill it, enclose the dd and documents and send it to the college adress. Then you can check online if you are selected for the GD-PI process.
