Is there any online registration form for JET? What is the last date to submit the same?

Hello Purushottam,
Can you be more specific ease? There is an exam in Punjab for admission to diploma called JET. There is another JET I.e. Jain Entrance Test. There is one more with same acronym conducted in Rajasthan.
I would be happy if you can provide more input.
