LPU has one of the largest campuses, located in Phagwara only. The institution was founded in 2005 by the Lovely International Trust under the Lovely Professional University ACT 2005, and began operations in 2006. This private university offers over 20 schools that provide Diploma, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programmes in a variety of fields, including engineering, management, Science, pharmacy, arts, and law. LPU is one among India's Top 100 Institutions, according to the government's NIRF Ranking 2020, and offers Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate Ph.D. programmes. Hi, no there is no other campus apart from the magnificent lush green campus which is there in Phagwara. The university campus spreads over 600 acres (2.4 km2) in boundary on the outskirts of Jalandhar. The green environment is super conducive to learning. LPU hosts one of the largest set of laboratories. There is a Museum containing demonstration of Projects. There is Polyhouse Technology A climate controlled cultivation (Hi-tech farming) of horticultural crops for high yield and quality production. Multimedia Studio for Science, Research and InnovationLPU has three auditoriums - Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis (seating capacity 20000+), Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium (seating capacity 2500) and university Auditorium (seating capacity 350). These auditoriums are widely used to host the events of international and national repute. The University has 2 amphitheatres which are used to organize cultural events, competitions, plays and the like. These amphitheatres are also used by regional and national film makers as location for their movies and songs. There is Aviation Lab, cultural labs, university hospital, in house laundry. This is the same question I was having in mind when I was seeking for admission in LPU during my M.Tech. LPU is the largest university in India with campus are of more than 600 acres. LPU has one of the largest indoor stadium of India which includes 3 Olympic size swimming pools. There is only one campus of Lovely Professional University which is located on Jalandhar-Delhi get Road near Phagwara and is easily accessible through rail or road. The Jalandhar bus stand is just 10 minds drive from LPU and railway station is exactly opposite side of the main GATE of LPU on the other side of road. The campus has 35000+ students and is really a great place to study. LPU has world class infrastructure and learning resources with over 38 Lacs sq. Ft. covered academic area, Hi-tech classrooms, teaching/research labs, hospital, residential facilities, agri-business centres, sustainable landscaping, poly-housing, libraries, shopping areas, food-courts, green/open spaces, herbal garden and world-class facilities for co-curricular, cultural and sports activities. In a nutshell, LPU despite having a single campus is so huge that even one day is not enough to visit every block. Lovely Professional University is a multi-faculty research oriented institution with hi-tech campus offering more than 200 programmes. LPU campus is a complete world in itself having more than 30000 students from 28 states of India and 3000 foreign students from more than 50 countries of the world. Lovely Professional University has become one of the three Indian universities to have secured a place in the Top 200 in the World in Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2021. It has been ranked at the 2nd the highest position among all the Indian universities in its debut year itself.
