Is there any other entrance exam conducted by IIT for B.Tech rather than JEE Advance?

Hello Nikhil,
The Answer to your Question is no. There is no other exam rather than JEE Advanced to get Admission in IITs for B.Tech. You have to qualify JEE Mains to give JEE Advanced. And, you have to score well in JEE Advanced and get a good Rank to get an IIT of your choice and a branch of your choice.
