Is there any other exam that I can write to get admission in IITs except for JEE?
I am still unaware of it if there's any.

For engineering courses, JEE is the only exam to get into IITs.

Following entrance exams score is used by IITs for admission in their various academics programs:
(a) JEE Mains and JEE Advanced for admission in undergraduate degree courses.
(b) JAM: Joint Admission test for M.Sc.
(c) GATE: For admission in post graduation degrees such as M.Tech
(d) Uses CAT scor
